EDIT at River North Apartments

For the crown of a 13-story multifamily development in the River North Neighborhood of Denver, the developer wanted to make a differentiating statement at the very top of the building which contains the rooftop amenity space. For memorable gatherings and evening entertainment, this ornamental metal cladding with backlighting system becomes a feature backdrop to events on the deck as it becomes a glowing beacon both to illuminate the space and mark the building amongst the skyline of Denver at night.

APPROACH

Through the use of Parasoleil’s patented stand-off PSO bracket system, these panels are easily removable for access and replacement as needed over the life of the installation. Wind load engineering, an integrated installation hardware system, and durable architectural powdercoating were all critical components to making this a successful project for the client.
